3 Year Old Kindergarten Program

The first of two funded kindergarten years — play-based learning led by a qualified teacher, wrapped inside a full childcare day.

3 years old

Two years of kindergarten, starting at three

At Anderson Road, children do two years of kindergarten — one at three and one at four — five days a week, integrated into long day care. Research shows two years of quality kinder gives children a stronger start, and our program is built around that.

The 3 year old program is intentionally play-based. A bachelor-qualified early childhood teacher and qualified educators design experiences that grow language, early numeracy, curiosity and social confidence, indoors and outdoors.

Classrooms are set up to spark a love of learning, help children make friends and build the emotional confidence they’ll carry into their four year old year and school.
